The University Colors are light blue, white and dark blue. The first two are the college colors of SLSCST. Light Blue means hope to accomplish the vision and mission of the College while white means purity of heart, mind and intentions. The third is the college color of TONC prior to the integration. It is the universal color that relates to teacher education. Together, this combination represents unity, harmony and cooperation of the two institutions in the advancement of the new mandated functions as a university.
